I hope as many people as possible will support this fantastic event in order to raise funds for such a worthwhile charity.
Gym for Heroes really will be a challenge for all involved but by working hard, as a team, then I’m sure everyone will be able to achieve their goals.
Good luck to everyone involved and remember to tell your friends and drag them along – the more people that get involved means more money for our heroes!

As a huge supporter of Help for Heroes and big believer in helthy lifestyles and keeping fit, I was honoured to be a highly valued supporter of Gym for Heroes when I was contacted by the organisers.
I believe this is a great idea to raise lots of money for Help for Heroes and a way of getting people focused in the gym at the same time! Anyone that has seen me in the media will know that I am always one for seeking new fitness challenges and although I will not be able to take part this year due to a world record I will be attempting at the same time, I will be encouraging everyone at my gym to get involved for this great challenge and even greater cause!
Good luck to everyone who takes part and spread the word!

This is an excellent endurance event which is raising money for a charity which I feel is a worthy cause, Help for Heroes.
I have added this to my diary and will attempt a strength feat as part of my aim to achieve 200 strength speed stamina titles to support the "Gym for Heroes" campaign.
Please join me or even challenge me and see if you are up to the task.

Gym for Heroes is something that worldgymchallenge.com ltd supports 100%.
A great initiative to create that special community feeling within a gym. Something that the personal trainers can channel their energies in focusing on preparing their clients to get fit for and train for a reason.
Do this challenge and get fit in the process – you will feel an amazing sense of achievement on completion and as a gym unite in your efforts and train as one, something that creates a togetherness and bonding – that is why the British Armed Services are the best in the world, because as team they achieve together – why not try and do the same at your gym?

When we started Help for Heroes in October 2007 we asked the great British Public to “do their bit” and raise money for those members of our wonderful Armed Forces who have been wounded. We believe that ALL members of our Armed Forces are HEROES and we raise money for those that have been wounded.
In just over two years we have raised nearly £40 Million pounds and already spent or allocated all of it, directly supporting our wounded HEROES. We need so much more to build Personal Recovery Centres, so that they get the very best, no compromise!
What Gym for Heroes is doing is nothing short of inspirational, they are doing their bit for real HEROES. I hope everyone will support this amazing and motivating challenge, I know I will be! We can’t thank them enough for their kindness, support and commitment to ensuring we can make sure our wounded HEROES get the very best......
THANK YOU ALL.
