When you register as an individual or as a gym, we will receive details of your name, address, email address. This allows us to process and fulfil your registration. We will not pass on your details to anyone or any organisation and we will treat your details with complete confidentiality.

We may occasionally send you emails relating to the Gym For Heroes event - your email address will not be used for any other purpose.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly.

We have put in place various security procedures to safeguard your personal information. The actual servers are securely located and accessible only by authorised personnel.

Your data and payment details are accessible only by Gym For Heroes, and not by technical staff.
