Gym for Heroes is a nationwide challenge held in fitness centres and gyms
raising money for Help for Heroes - who provide direct and practical support
to those injured in current conflicts

It seems like every day someone is injured or killed in conflict world-wide.
Our military heroes are serving our country...serving us. 

Gym For HeroesWe can help and all do our bit to support them. 

By taking part in the challenge you can help our wounded soldiers, sailors and airmen make the very best recovery possible.

Why not organise your own Gym for Heroes event at your local fitness centre or gym?
There is no charge for your gym to be registered for Gym for Heroes and no matter where you are in the world, you or your team, club, company or military unit can join the Gym for Heroes challenge.  And by using indoor fitness equipment you can row, cycle and run your way to raising funds for our forces heroes.

Follow the links above. Your gym has to register first in order for you individually to register. Decide on the challenge that will suit you and your fitness level....taking up our challenge will benefit and help so many people and of course, benefit your body too!
